“Small batch” gets printed on a lot of packaging. Here’s what it means in our kitchen: every order is made fresh — mixed, stuffed, and baked after you order it, not before.
There’s no warehouse, no freezer full of inventory, no production line. There’s an oven, premium ingredients, and one batch at a time getting full attention — the freshness and quality you can only get from a home baker who pours care into every single cookie.
Why bother?
Because you can taste the difference between a cookie baked this morning and a cookie baked this quarter. Fresh dough, real butter-soft centers, toppings added by hand — that’s the entire business model. It doesn’t scale. That’s the point.
It also means when we say a flavor is gone, it’s really gone until we bake again. The best way to never miss a batch: get the letter or follow the pop-up schedule.
